Thunder Valley Walkers, a wonderful world of Tennessee Walking Horses, Racking, Champagnes, Buckskins and Spotted Walking Horses for sale.

Welcome..
Thunder Valley Walkers, is a family owned Tennessee Walking Horse breeding farm. Our wonderful world of Tennessee Walking Horses belongs to A. C. (Butch) and Susan Blake, and our 3 wonderful children, Jamie, Alicia, and Candace. Our daughter Alicia blessed us with the most wonderful gift of all,  2 grandchildren. Our first, a handsome  grandson "Cody" and on 5/23/03 a gorgeous granddaughter "Callie" was born.

Our philosophy has always been to maintain the upmost integrity by being honest and respectful to everyone. Our mission is to persevere in raising TOP quality and natural flat shod horses that are competitive, yet versatile in any program. We have and will continue to work towards achieving these standards.

We are located in  Mississippi, nestled in a beautiful valley with a country atmosphere for ourselves and our horses. We are only one hour from the fun filled cities of Gulfport, MS., and New Orleans, La. These cities are top tourist attractions from horses (of course) to sandy beaches, casinos, antiques, lots of history of the Greater New Orleans area and the famous spicy Cajun cooking. (Susan's home town New Orleans).

Butch was born and raised in the lovely Knoxville, TN. near the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, and the home state of the Tennessee Walking Horses. Since 1950, Butch was raised and influenced by his father's love of the Tennessee Walking Horses and Bird Dogs. Field trials (competition for bird dogs in which horses are used to follow the dogs through all rugged terrain.) was a fashionable part of his life, along with training and breeding fine pointers and the natural gaited Tennessee Walking Horses.

Our main focus and activities are directed to raising top quality foals and pleasure riding.
