Shades,
my heart, my loving companion
Your soft amber eyes
Forever at my side

You touched the hearts of many
with love you gave so free
you meant the world not only to me

The joy and love we shared, will never be compared
the fond memories we had, I wish to share

To difficult to bear
A loss of life so beautiful and so rare
Your sweet and gentle touch sent love to many hearts
The little time spent on earth won Harmony
Here and There

Our
memories will be treasured
The gold will never fade
Still, I'm not alone, you blessed us with gorgeous babes'

We will cherish your new arrivals
for life to live on
Your Heart, Your Life,
Your Spirit,
....Forever Running Free.....

You gave me
happiness in the short time we shared. You gave me a castle with
loving care. You gave me your hearts, so I will always be there.
I know you will miss me, it hurts with deepest despair. Standing
before God's creatures, I held my head so high, I know that made you so
proud. The rainbow bridge has opened, my friends in eternal light
have appeared, my spirit cannot wait to run free in heavens skies.
So please set me free, until we meet again underneath Harmony
Farms shaded tree.
Love you
always, Your Shades....

"Just
this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
Our Beloved
"Favorite Shade Of Amber" crossed over the rainbow bridge
while undergoing colic surgery on January 28, 2003
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that
pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our
special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of
food and water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and
vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again,
just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they miss
someone very special to them; who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly
stops and looks into the distance. The bright eyes are intent; the eager
body quivers. Suddenly he begins to break away from the group, flying
over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. YOU have
been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you
cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy
kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head,
and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone
from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together......."
