• All ad plans are payable in advance. Upon receipt of your payment your sales listing will be activated ASAP. 

Buying and Selling Policy Suggestions: 

• The following policies are in place for the benefit of both buyer and seller. Any requested exceptions to these policies should be clarified in advance of the sale transaction:
  

• I strongly recommend the buyer to arrange for a vet check by a veterinarian of their choice~ a pre-purchase examination for every horse. Most importantly, by not having a pre-purchase exam performed, you may waive any warranties of health and soundness. In today's world of buying and selling horses, a pre-purchase examination is standard. 
  

• Any negotiation of price, method of payment, terms or guarantees is between buyer and seller and is not the responsibility of TVW.
  

• It is incumbent upon the seller to disclose any illness, injury, unsoundness, or danger related to their horse. Seller is responsible for meeting all requirements of his/her state before shipping the horse. 
  

• Seller will (when required) provide buyer or transporter with all necessary documents such as Coggins, health certificate, etc. 

Each horse advertised on TVW website are sold directly by the Owner, and solely held responsible or liable for any transactions resulting from contacts made via our site. The buyer's and seller's are responsible for check all matters relating to registration, health, performance, fitness, and stud agreements before making any final transactions.

Copyrights:
By posting a photograph on our site, be aware that ALL US and international copyright laws will apply.  By posting a professional photographer or someone other than yourself, you must obtain the permission of the photographer BEFORE you post the photograph. We do not require you to send the permission to us.

In addition, you agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, and court costs made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement (with special note here with regard to our Copyrights policy) or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

NO GUARANTEE:
TVW does NOT guarantee the soundness, saneness, or suitability of any horse or stallion listed on our website.  Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that any particular horse will be sold. Furthermore, as a venue, TVW does not take responsibility for any transactions of any nature, which occur between the parties as a result of having met on the TVW site.

Restricted Terms:
Registered Tennessee Walking Horses ONLY, No Padded Horses;  you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, and complete information to your ad. Providing any information that is untrue, inaccurate, then TVW has reasonable grounds to suspect such information is untrue, or inaccurate, TVW has the right to suspend or terminate and refuse services.
