On 8/29/05 The fury of Hurricane Katrina had no mercy and has taken our loving boy. The new owner Lois Daverede, of Colors Of The Wind her farm, home and horses has been destroyed. 50+ Tennessee Walking Horses, did not survive the catastrophic storm of Katrina.

Going through the storm ourselves ~ feeling the force of the wind over us ~ families crying ~ I feared the worst ~ all I could do is pray for God's mercy ~ The dreaded news came from Lois on 9/21/05, immediately the painful lost of Buster opened the wound ~ reliving the lost of Buster's sire Favorite Shade Of Amber ~ (the stallion we raised & loved)~ Now, filled with grief and sorrow I had to call Mitzi and Lisa, of Harmony Walking Farm (the proud owners of Favorite Shade Of Amber at the time of his passing). With grieving hearts we all mourn together.

The love for these two horses runs deep in all directions, especially for the ones who owned and shared their life & unique personalities. Buster and Shades will always touch us by the spirit of life they left behind.
Colors Of The Wind, Harmony Walking Farm and Thunder Valley Walkers, share the loving memories that engraves Buster and Shades into our hearts and there forever they stay.

He has a beautiful head, keen ears, correct bone structure and conformation. He is one flashy boy... definitely a looker, a very sweet disposition with lots of personality.
